Crew Smart lets crew members post to the Social feed and set profile photos. If something posted infringes your copyright, here is how to report it and how to respond if your own content is reported.

Filing a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent (contact below) that includes, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (a link, a screen, a post id).
Your contact information: address, phone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

A notice missing any of these may not be actionable under the DMCA.

Counter-notice

If content of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Unless the original complaining party files a court action within the time the law allows, removed content may be reinstated.

Repeat infringers

An account that is the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices will be terminated.
